WHO WE ARE
A survey partner built for heavy civil and resource projects.
READ OUR STORY
Construction Surveying Canada Inc. was founded in 2012 by Kyle Morley, a Civil Engineering Technologist with over a decade of experience in heavy civil surveying and construction project management.
Since then, CSC has delivered surveying, civil design and consulting for clients ranging from small residential jobs to large-scale industrial developments — spanning mining, wind and solar energy, highways, road building, quantity surveying, and drilling and blasting sites. We pair leading-edge instrumentation with disciplined field and office workflows so the data you receive is accurate, defensible, and ready to build from.
Accuracy first
Every number is checked against control
before it leaves the office. Defensible data is
non-negotiable.
Dependable in the field
Our crews understand active industrial sites —
they show up prepared, safe and productive.
Straightforward to work with
Clear quotes, honest timelines and responsive
communication from first call to final
deliverable.
LEADERSHIP

"We built CSC to be the survey team industrial clients don't have to worry about. The
instruments are calibrated, the crews are certified, and the numbers are right — so
your project keeps moving."
WHAT WE DO
Our Services

GNSS Surveying
By combining leading-edge technology with a deep understanding of surveyors' workflows, data integration and maintenance across the lifecycle of projects, we provide increased productivity and improved workflows for field data collection with enhanced collaboration capabilities between the field and office.

Topographical Surveys
Topographic surveys are typically carried out when an area is being assessed for new construction or the addition of new development. The survey is invaluable for showing what the land looks like now, and how it will impact design and construction.

GIS Mapping
GIS (Geographic Information Systems) is computerized cartography, which is used to create, edit, store and retrieve, update, manipulate and display geographically referenced digital data. Through the use of a GIS, common mapping features such as roadways and water mains can be linked with associated tabular attributes and viewed graphically on a map.
